BASEBALL
Dylan Alt, Seaford: He hit a walk-off single in the ninth inning of a 3-2 win over Wantagh.
Thomas Costarelli, East Islip: He struck out eight in a two-hitter, a 2-0 win over Eastport-South Manor.
John Franco, Farmingdale: He had two home runs and six RBIs in a 16-6 series-clinching win over Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK.
Joey Hiller, Center Moriches: He hit the go-ahead RBI single in the 13th inning of a 4-3 win over Kings Park. He struck out nine and allowed no earned runs in 10 innings.
Matt Kind, Seaford: He hit a grand slam in the top of the seventh inning of a 6-2 series-clinching win over Plainedge.
Gavin McDonnell, Babylon: He struck out three in a one-hitter, a 6-0 win over Pierson.
Andrew Noe, Kellenberg: He hit a walk-off single in the eighth inning of a 3-2 decision over Chaminade to win the CHSAA title. He batted .429 with four RBIs in the three-game series and was named MVP.
Lucas Patton, East Islip: He threw a two-hitter, a 4-0 win over East Hampton to win the Suffolk Class AA title.
SOFTBALL
Lexi Kneisel, East Islip: Kneisel went 2-for-4 with a grand slam and two runs in an 11-8 win over Eastport-South Manor.
Autumn Malone, Mineola: Malone hit a walk-off single in the ninth inning and allowed one earned run in a 2-1 win over Seaford in Game 2 of the Nassau Class A final.
Mya Marelli, Riverhead: Marelli pitched a no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and four walks and went 1-for-3 with a walk and two RBIs in a 3-0 win over Commack.
Elsie Martin, Eastport-So uth Manor: Martin went 4-for-4 with two triples, four RBIs, four runs and two stolen bases in a 10-4 win over Comsewogue.
Skyler Secondino, Seaford: Secondino struck out 11, had two hits and drove in a run in a 4-1 win over Mineola in Game 1 of the Nassau Class A final.
Brooke Simmons, Glen Cove: Simmons tossed a no-hitter with seven strikeouts in a 3-1 win over MacArthur in Game 2 of the Nassau Class AA final.
Gianna Spaventa, MacArthur: Spaventa hit a walk-off single in the 11th inning of a 7-6 win over Glen Cove in Game 1 of the Nassau Class A final.
Camryn Russo, Sachem North: Russo hit a pinch hit, go-ahead two-out double to drive in two runs in the seventh inning of a 2-1 win over Commack.
Ava Zicchinelli, Miller Place: Zicchinelli pitched a no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and allowed one unearned run on three walks in a 7-1 win over Bayport-Blue Point.
